Balwin Run Series Peninsula Marathon
Cape Town to Simon’s Town, Western Cape, South Africa
The Peninsula Marathon is a point-to-point road race from Green Point in Cape Town to the Naval Sports Ground in Simon’s Town. Organised by Celtic Harriers, it follows the peninsula towards the False Bay coast on a route the club describes as flat and fast. The separate start and finish make transport worth arranging before race morning. A confirmed 2027 date is still to come; the coastline, at least, is already in place.
