California International Marathon
Sacramento, California, United States
California International Marathon runs from Folsom to the State Capitol in Sacramento, with rolling early miles and a flatter finish. Its net drop of 366 feet does not remove the uphill sections along the way. Entry tiers carry different transfer and deferral terms, with charity places listed separately. The race also attracts a strong competitive field: the 2025 edition hosted the USATF Marathon Championships and produced more than one hundred Olympic Trials qualifying performances.
