About White Rock Runners

White Rock Runners is based in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. Established in 2017, the wider White Rock organisation includes running and triathlon, with separate joining information for each. The running club is affiliated to Welsh Athletics and welcomes runners across a range of abilities.

Members take part in local parkruns and races from 5K through to marathons and ultras, with activity across South Wales and farther afield. The running membership includes structured sessions led by qualified leaders, club championship events and participation in Gwent League cross-country. An annual celebration recognises members’ achievements.

Prospective runners can attend as guests for a month before committing to membership. The club asks newcomers to email for its membership and training links, which also provides a way to find the right session. Meetings take place around Cardiff; there is no single confirmed clubhouse address in the reviewed information. Anyone interested in swimming and cycling as well should consult the separate triathlon joining route.
