About TROTS
Taf Running and Orienteering Team was formed in October 1986 and is usually known as TROTs. Based in St Clears in south-west Wales, the club competes in road, multi-terrain and cross-country races. Its history includes strong women’s and veteran teams, while its regular sessions welcome runners with a wide range of goals and experience.
The programme includes club runs from the Coach and Horses Surgery car park in St Clears and coached sessions in St Clears and Carmarthen. Members can choose distances and training suited to their experience, from improving a 5K to preparing for longer events. Use the club’s enquiry form and current session notices to arrange a first visit; meeting details should be confirmed before travelling.
