About Run4All Neath
Run4All Neath began in January 2012 when Paul and Cath Davies helped parents from Ysgol Gynradd Castell Nedd start running. What was expected to be a small group quickly grew into a club in Neath, South Wales, welcoming complete beginners as well as experienced racers.
Monday sessions at Cwrt Herbert Athletics Track offer seven coached groups, including run-walk training for newcomers. Wednesday group runs and Friday tempo outings provide other options. The club staged its first affiliated Santa Run on Aberavon seafront in December 2014 and also organises a summer 5K series.
New runners can contact the membership team for advice on joining and choosing a group. Members book sessions through the club app; Monday track training has a separate attendance charge. Wednesday meeting points vary, while the Friday run is advertised from the Towers at Jersey Marine.
