About Rhedwyr Hebog Runners
Rhedwyr Hebog, also known as Hebog Runners, is based in Porthmadog and the surrounding area of North Wales. Its bilingual club website describes a programme that moves between lanes, trails and mountain routes, with group running and good company at its centre.
The club welcomes runners at different paces and says that nobody is left behind on its group outings. Tuesday meetings take place at Porthmadog Leisure Centre car park. Weekly run details are shared through the club’s Facebook group, allowing routes and meeting arrangements to be checked before setting out.
Newcomers can take part in three club runs before deciding whether to join. Annual membership then gives access to regular club activities, with Welsh Athletics membership linked to race-entry benefits. The contact form provides a direct route to ask about the next outing and whether its terrain and distance are suitable.
