About Prestatyn RC
Prestatyn Running Club was founded in 1982 in Prestatyn, Denbighshire, Wales. Its members take part in road running, cross-country and fell running, with both newer and experienced runners sharing the club’s activities. Social membership provides another way to stay involved alongside full running membership.
The weekly pattern combines steady Monday runs with more structured Wednesday sessions. The autumn 2026 notices place Monday meetings at Ffrith Astrobowl on Victoria Road and Wednesday meetings at the rear of Prestatyn High School, reached from David’s Close. Away runs and weather-related changes are announced separately.
Prospective members should contact the club or membership secretary to discuss joining and obtain the application form. Check the latest run notice before attending, including meeting point and high-visibility clothing guidance. The two regular venues are described separately rather than presenting the school’s general postal address as the start of every run.
