About Parc Bryn Bach Running Club
Parc Bryn Bach Running Club was formed in February 2008 under the name Club 69. Based in Tredegar, Wales, it is affiliated to Welsh Athletics and combines road running and cross-country competition with trail, track and longer-distance interests. Beginners and experienced runners share the club programme.
The club describes a summer base at Parc Bryn Bach and a winter meeting point at Tredegar Leisure Centre, with Thursday training and additional track sessions. First Strides provides a supported route for newer runners, while its Couch to 5K programme has used nine-week courses. Check current notices for course intake and seasonal changes before attending.
