About Neath Harriers
Neath Harriers is an athletics club based at Cwrt Herbert running track in Neath, Wales. It belongs to the West Wales athletics region and offers coaching across running, jumping and throwing, as well as cross-country and road running. Beginners and experienced athletes are welcomed, with competition matched to their ability.
Tuesday and Thursday training includes endurance, sprints, throws and junior development sessions, with some specialist disciplines following their own arrangements. The club accepts athletes from their ninth birthday. It asks every member to compete appropriately and makes clear that it cannot accommodate people joining solely to get fit for another sport.
