About Clwb Rhedeg Pontardawe RC
Clwb Rhedeg Pontardawe Running Club is based in Pontardawe, Wales. Welsh Athletics lists road running, cross-country and trail among its activities, with public club and welfare contacts available for people interested in taking part.
The club organises an annual Christmas fancy-dress 5K through the town’s parks, canal towpath and River Tawe paths, finishing at the Pontardawe Inn. The 2026 organiser’s information describes a social fun run with finishing positions and fancy-dress prizes, rather than chip-timed racing.
Use the club contact in the Welsh Athletics directory to ask about regular runs, suitable groups and joining. The Christmas event has its own adult entry conditions and meeting arrangements; these should not be treated as the membership age limit or a permanent training address for the club.
