Albany Road Run Club is a free, inclusive running club in Roath, Cardiff, Wales. Its usual meeting point is outside Penylan Community Centre, bringing local runners together for sociable outings and structured training without losing the enjoyment of running with other people.
Tuesday sessions offer social 5K and 10K groups, with different longer routes from week to week. Thursdays focus on hills, intervals and other workouts designed for mixed abilities.
