About Aberystwyth AC
Aberystwyth Athletic Club brings together runners on the west coast of Wales, from people starting out to experienced competitors. Its surroundings offer a mix of town roads, coastal routes and Welsh hills, reflected in a programme that includes road, trail and hill running.
Senior activities include social runs, speed and endurance sessions, women’s groups and running-buggy sessions. There is also a junior programme. Different sessions serve different needs, so the club’s current timetable and enquiry contact are useful starting points for choosing a group, checking the meeting place and finding out how to join.
