About Waterford Triathlon Club
Waterford Triathlon Club serves the Waterford area of south-east Ireland, offering coached and social sessions across swimming, cycling and running. Its published membership information welcomes beginners as well as more experienced athletes, while its account of the 2025 season marked the club’s twentieth anniversary.
The club is closely associated with two coastal events: the Hook or by Crook Triathlon at Dunmore East and the Tramore Medical Duathlon, whose run-bike-run course finishes on the promenade. These race locations are not presented as a single club training address. Prospective members can select Waterford through Triathlon Ireland and use the public enquiry email to confirm current sessions; older fee offers and race dates should be checked before booking.
