About Trilogy Triathlon Club
Trilogy Triathlon Club was founded in 2004 to support multisport participation in County Laois and the surrounding counties of Ireland. Affiliated to Triathlon Ireland, the club provides a local training community for swimmers, cyclists and runners preparing for their first triathlon or a more demanding race.
The programme includes coached swimming, interval-based track running, relaxed longer runs at Emo Court and Sunday cycling in groups. Indoor spinning helps maintain training through winter. The club is also the organiser of TriLaois, a pool-based event associated with Portlaoise Leisure Centre.
Its member race series covers several disciplines, including duathlon, aquathlon, triathlon and cycling time trials. These events give members a place to practise transitions and racing skills, with volunteers helping organise and marshal. Prospective members can use the joining link on the club website or email the club to ask about suitable training and current session arrangements.
