About Totton RC
Totton Running Club is based in Totton, Hampshire, England, between Southampton and the New Forest. Its programme combines structured Monday and Wednesday training with social runs on Fridays and Sundays, giving members options for both purposeful sessions and relaxed outings.
The club's joining information describes five pace groups and shorter repetitions that can suit less experienced runners. Members can race in Hampshire road and cross-country leagues and the local RR10 and CC6 series, but racing is not a requirement of membership.
New runners are invited to try sessions for a couple of weeks before applying. The membership secretary can help with the application and suitable training arrangements. The club also supports charitable causes, naming the Lily Foundation for 2026–27. Prospective visitors should consult the current schedule because meeting points depend on the session.
