About Torrington AAC
Torrington Amateur Athletics Club is based in Great Torrington, North Devon, England. Its running programme mixes local outings with structured work such as intervals and pyramid sessions, giving members different ways to develop their running and train with other people.
The advertised Wednesday meeting is at Great Torrington School, using the Hatchmoor Road entrance. The club also describes summer beach sessions and a two-and-a-half-mile time trial held in summer and winter. Those activities do not all use the same setting, so runners should check the current session plan.
Newcomers can try a Wednesday session free before deciding whether to join. Full, social and second-claim membership options are available, reflecting different ways of taking part in club life. The public club email and contact form provide a starting point for arranging a visit and asking which session would be suitable.
