About T3 Triathlon Club
T3 Triathlon Club is based in Dublin, Ireland, and brings together swimming, cycling and running. Triathlon Ireland’s April 2023 introduction described a small, welcoming club for different fitness levels and identified UCD Sport and Fitness at Belfield as its training location at that time.
That year T3 joined Piranha and 3D Triathlon in a six-week women’s beginner programme supported by Triathlon Ireland. The programme combined club sessions, skills coaching and preparation for TriAthy. It is a documented example of the club’s work with newcomers, not an open invitation to enrol in that completed course or a statement of current prices.
T3 also contributed to the 2022 Making Waves leadership programme through Sara Spencer and Laura Thompson, both named by Triathlon Ireland. Prospective members should use the club’s published contact channels to confirm today’s timetable, training locations and membership arrangements. The older UCD description and programme eligibility are retained as historical context rather than assumed to govern all current club activity.
