About SHAEF Shifters Running Club
SHAEF Shifters Running Club began in early 2017 when groups of friends came together to run. Based around Teddington in south-west London, England, it uses Bushy Park for its running and social life.
The club describes Saturday parkrun participation and volunteering, followed by easy running and coffee, alongside longer Sunday outings. Its account records local Surrey and London races and the Green Belt Relay in 2022; these are historical examples, not confirmed current race entries.
New runners are invited to try a few outings before joining through the linked membership route. Contact the club about the next run and appropriate group. Bushy Park's Teddington gates are the published meeting reference, replacing an unconfirmed street address.
