About Severn AC

Severn Athletic Club was founded in 1994 in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England. Its current emphasis is road running and cross-country, although track and field forms part of the club's history. Participation in Birmingham and Gloucestershire cross-country competition gives members a team racing outlet through the winter.

The training page publishes Monday intervals from Barnett Way in Barnwood and Wednesday hill work from Kenilworth Avenue. These are separate meeting points for different sessions, not two descriptions of the same clubhouse. The programme offers structured work alongside members' wider running and racing.

Prospective runners can try a session and are encouraged to let the club know they are coming, allowing time to meet the group before the start.
