About Saffron Striders RC
Saffron Striders Running Club is based in Saffron Walden, Essex, England, with a community spanning road running, trail outings and cross-country. It is a different organisation from Saffron Athletics Club in Leicester. Its joining information welcomes runners from sixteen and provides first-claim and second-claim membership options.
Prospective members can try several sessions before joining, completing the trial form before a Tuesday or Thursday visit. A separate beginner programme builds towards a five-kilometre run; its application form is distinct from ordinary club membership. Check the next course date rather than assuming beginner places are always available.
The club publishes a membership email and a general enquiry email. Its guidance also describes student arrangements and a bursary route for people facing financial difficulty. Ask the membership team about the suitable session and meeting point: the retained leisure-centre directory address should not be assumed to cover every run or training group.
