About Rushmere Community Runners
Rushmere Community Runners brings adult runners together around Ipswich and Rushmere St Andrew in Suffolk, England. Its activities stretch from track running to longer-distance challenges. England Athletics registration is optional.
Tuesday training is advertised at Ipswich School Sports Centre, using the astro area for intervals and fartlek. Thursday runs use different meeting points and pace groups, while the programme also includes monthly Northgate track sessions and leader-organised weekend outings. Members use the club's booking arrangements to find the appropriate session.
Anyone considering joining should use the public contact page to ask about a trial and the right group. Check the next outing's start location: the sports centre is one training base, not the start of every club run. The reviewed pages do not establish a founding date or a reliable notable-member history.
