About RunThrough North
RunThrough North is the northern community running group described on RunThrough's club website, meeting at MediaCity in Salford, Greater Manchester, England. Its free sessions bring together people beginning their running journey and runners working towards a faster race, with the emphasis on taking part at an appropriate pace.
Northern events staff lead a warm-up, intervals and cool-down. The page lists Thursday evenings at MediaCity Plaza, gathering at 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start.
Prospective runners should check the group's latest arrangements through the linked community channel or club contact form before attending. MediaCity Plaza is a training meeting point, not the company's office or a clubhouse. This local free-session offer should also be distinguished from paid race-entry products and England Athletics affiliation options.
