About Run & Ride Athletics Club
Run & Ride Athletics Club is based in Milford near Stafford, Staffordshire, England. It brings together runners interested in road and trail running, with a deliberately informal social atmosphere. Its published meeting place is the Run & Ride store, rather than the older Cannock address in the directory.
Monday evening outings normally cover about five miles at a conversational pace, while Wednesday trail runs head onto Cannock Chase at a quicker pace. Both are advertised from 6.30pm at Milford. Beginners are directed towards starter groups, so someone new to running should ask which outing is appropriate rather than assume the faster trail run is a beginner session.
The club invites people to try two or three runs before considering membership. Its formal membership section specifies over-eighteens and England Athletics affiliation. The store provides the public contact route and meeting facilities; it is not a separate athletics stadium. Check current arrangements directly, particularly because the event-league section still contains a 2025 calendar.
