About Ruislip RC
Ruislip Running Club brings runners together in Ruislip and the London Borough of Hillingdon, England. Its routes explore the quieter northern part of the borough, while members also take the club colours to road races and cross-country events further afield. Tuesday and Thursday are regular training days, with coached sessions and outings for different abilities.
