About Rother Valley Swallows
Rother Valley Swallows was founded in 1987 in Aston, near Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. Its England Athletics-affiliated programme combines road running, cross-country and team relays with ordinary group training. Runners of different abilities can take part without every outing being a race or a hard session.
Tuesday training meets at Aston Academy on Aughton Road in Swallownest at 5.45pm. Wednesday circuits take place at Aston Leisure Centre, giving members a complementary fitness session. Sunday runs start at changing locations, with route choices and meeting information circulated to participants.
The enquiry form and published treasurer telephone provide routes to discuss membership and the right session. Circuits are described as a members' activity, although a trial can be arranged. Confirm current charges and first-visit arrangements directly: the training and contact pages display different dated fee information, which is not reproduced as a current subscription price.
