About Rasen Running Club
Rasen Running Club puts sociable running at the centre of its activities in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, England. The England Athletics-affiliated club welcomes different abilities and describes enjoyment, rather than a compulsory racing programme, as its main purpose. Its base at Rase Park links club running with the town's cricket and football community.
Regular outings are advertised on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm, with an additional run every second Sunday morning. Most begin and end at the cricket and football club, although the programme also includes starts elsewhere. Check the current arrangements before travelling, particularly for a Sunday or away run.
New runners can take part in three trial outings before committing to membership. The website links an application form, and the club's contact form provides a way to ask about joining or choosing an appropriate run. Membership is currently for adults aged eighteen and over. A youth section is described as a future ambition, not an established service that families can already attend.
