About Quantock Harriers
Quantock Harriers began in the early 1990s as a summer trail-running group on the Quantock Hills in Somerset, England. Winter running in Bridgwater followed, and an additional Thursday evening was introduced in the early 2010s for beginners and returning runners. The club now describes its programme as a return to those trail-running roots, alongside sociable road running.
Tuesday outings normally explore the Quantocks, while Thursday runs use Bridgwater and the surrounding area. Starts change with the route, making the current club-run plan more useful than a single postal address.
