About Pulse TC
Pulse Triathlon Club started around a kitchen table in Tallaght in 2003. Its adult programme combines coached swimming, group cycling, track running and strength sessions, with opportunities to train and race together.
The club lists pool sessions at Balrothery Sports Complex and running sessions at Tallaght Athletics Track. Its junior section began in 2015 and covers ages eight to 17. Pulse also organises its own sprint triathlon and junior events; check the current timetable before attending a session.
