About Portmarnock TC
Portmarnock Triathlon Club was established in 2013 in Portmarnock, County Dublin, Ireland. Its account describes members who began by aiming to finish a sprint triathlon and later progressed to longer races or international age-group competition. People can choose training around their own goals rather than attending every session.
Coached swimming uses the 25-metre pool at Portmarnock Leisure Centre. The club describes running links with Portmarnock Athletics Club and cycling around north County Dublin. Its membership programme also includes club races, training events and opportunities to learn from guest coaches and speakers.
Joining is arranged through Triathlon Ireland, followed by access to club communications. The published guidance requires club membership and the appropriate Triathlon Ireland licence for training. Fees and availability on the joining page refer to the 2024 season, so contact the club for current arrangements, including any junior provision, before registering or attending.
