About Nuclear Races Striders
Nuclear Essex Striders, listed here as Nuclear Races Striders, is an England Athletics-affiliated running club based at the Nuclear Essex estate near Brentwood, England. It welcomes runners from ten years old and gives people who enjoy the Nuclear events a way to keep running together between race days.
The club's activities extend beyond obstacle racing. Members support one another at parkruns, road races, trails, marathons and cross-country, with monthly meet-ups at parkruns, track training and races. Its published programme includes representation in the South Essex cross-country league and a Facebook community for arranging outings and sharing encouragement.
Affiliated and non-affiliated membership routes are available, and the club publishes a dedicated Striders email for questions. Check the current sign-up terms and meeting arrangements before attending. The Wild Forest training area at Parsonage Farm and the wider estate's headquarters are different locations; an estate contact number is not automatically a direct club contact.
