About Northern (Isle of Man) AC
Northern (Isle of Man) Athletic Club offers athletics, road running, cross-country and walking for a range of ages and abilities. Its programme includes junior track competitions, a winter road series and longer running and walking events. Members also have opportunities to compete in Lancashire championships and the island’s mainland league teams.
Training includes sprint and middle-distance groups from school Year 6 through to veterans, alongside activities for younger children. Sessions use locations around Ramsey and, for some track work, the National Sports Centre in Douglas. Meeting points can change, so newcomers should check the latest club notices rather than assume all training starts at the directory address.
