About Newmarket Joggers AC
Newmarket Joggers was established in 1984 in Newmarket, Suffolk, England. The running club predates the incorporation of Newmarket Joggers Ltd in 2019. Its England Athletics-affiliated programme welcomes runners from seven years old and includes people running for fitness, friendship and competition.
Regular training, social outings and club competitions sit alongside events such as the Newmarket Heath Race and Newmarket 10K. Members take part in road, cross-country and track-and-field activities. A monthly RunAndTalk session gives the programme a social focus, while the club's volunteer pledge invites members, friends and local residents to help at its races.
New runners can use the joining page and ask the membership secretary which arrangements fit their age and experience. Separate public addresses cover membership, training and club administration. Check the current session information before attending; the club offers several activities rather than a single universal training group.
