About MSC Tri
MSC Tri was established in 2003 and serves a region stretching across south Donegal, north Leitrim, north Sligo and north Fermanagh. Its swim, bike and run programme reflects that geography, with members using coastal routes, inland lakes and the roads around several neighbouring towns.
The club describes swimming at Mullaghmore Bay and Lough Melvin, winter pool training at Ballyshannon Leisure Centre, and cycling routes through Leitrim and Sligo. Running locations include Ballyshannon, Bundoran, Tullan Strand and Rossnowlagh. Sessions take place at different venues, so new members should confirm the meeting point and requirements for the particular activity they plan to join.
