About Malvern Buzzards Running Club
Malvern Buzzards Running Club brings adults together around the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire, England. It began as an informal Strava group in summer 2016, became a club at a meeting in October 2017 and affiliated to England Athletics in January 2018. Those are distinct stages in its development.
Trail running is central to the programme, alongside some road sessions. Volunteer leaders post each outing's distance, pace, route and meeting point on Strava, and members register their intention to attend. The club also takes part in the Herefordshire and Borders cross-country league and maintains a race league to encourage members to try different events.
Membership is for adults, with first-claim and second-claim options. Email the membership team before requesting access to the Strava club. Locations change with the run, so the former directory address should not be treated as a clubhouse or a place to turn up without checking.
