About Louth Triathlon Club
Louth Triathlon Club is a community multisport club in Louth, Lincolnshire, England. It helps newcomers and experienced age-group athletes develop across swimming, cycling and running. The club records Triathlon England's national Club of the Year award in 2023, alongside East Midlands recognition in 2020 and 2023.
Meridian Leisure Centre is its principal base for pool sessions. Coached swimming and running are complemented by triathlon-specific work, including seasonal transition practice. Club events include aquathlons, duathlons, triathlons, running events and cycling time trials, giving members different ways to practise and compete.
Contact the membership secretary to request a joining form or arrange an introductory session. The club advertises a free first session, with subsequent bookings and applicable charges handled through Spond. Facebook and WhatsApp member groups carry updates, so confirm the timetable rather than relying on the joining page's older 2025 session list. The pool programme is identified as being coordinated by Paul Fowler of 100% Swimming.
