Lonely Goat RC

About Lonely Goat RC

Lonely Goat RC is an online running club affiliated with England Athletics. Rather than organising its identity around a Southampton training night, it connects people who run in their own locations and at their own pace. Its emphasis is on encouragement and personal achievement, not only speed or distance.

Members share advice and experiences through Facebook, Instagram and Strava, with running articles and regular emails adding further support. Free membership provides access to the community, while the optional Member Plus tier adds benefits including virtual challenges and discounts. These are separate from individual England Athletics registration.

Joining starts on the club website. Affiliation is available for members who want the associated racing benefits, but is not required simply to belong to Lonely Goat. Public enquiries go to the club email or the dedicated club-enquiry form; shop enquiries have a separate form. The directory's former street address should not be treated as a place to attend training.
