About Leeds University AC and CC Club
Leeds University AC and CC Club serves student athletes in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. The athletics club traces its origins to 1904 and welcomes both experienced competitors and students trying the sport. Its programme includes track work, strength and conditioning, longer runs and hills, with links to the university's cross-country club.
Track sessions use the John Charles Centre for Sport, with students meeting on campus before travelling together. Other sessions use Cromer Terrace and locations around the city. The students' union address is an administrative base, not an athletics track or the start of every run.
The club's union page and social channels explain membership, sign-ups and the changing weekly timetable. Some sessions require advance registration or are limited to members already signed up. Give It a Go events offer an introduction, while weekly socials help newcomers find friends alongside training partners.
