About Lancing Eagles RC
Lancing Eagles Running Club has been part of Lancing, West Sussex, England, since 1986. It welcomes adults aged eighteen and over, from newer runners to experienced competitors. Regular groups explore roads in winter and trail routes in summer, with distances and paces chosen to suit those taking part.
Wednesday club nights usually meet inside Lancing Manor Leisure Centre before runners divide into groups. Sunday outings offer a more informal social or longer run, with arrangements announced through the club's channels. Members also take part in parkrun, charity events and the West Sussex Fun Run League.
Community fundraising marked the club's fortieth anniversary: its website reports a forty-hour treadmill challenge supporting Ferring Country Centre. Prospective runners can use the contact form to ask about a Wednesday session or membership. Check the current calendar and meeting notice before visiting, since individual runs can start elsewhere.
