About Knutsford Runners
Knutsford Runners brings adults together in Knutsford, Cheshire, England, for regular training and social running. The club welcomes people aged eighteen and over, with qualified run leaders and a volunteer committee supporting members' different goals, from building confidence to preparing for longer races.
Monday continuous runs offer several distances, while Wednesday sessions focus on intervals at changing locations around Knutsford. A Couch to 5K programme provides a distinct route for complete beginners. The regular-session joining guidance assumes runners can manage five kilometres, so newcomers should discuss the best starting point with the club.
Email the enquiry address to arrange free introductory runs, after which the membership secretary provides registration through Teamo. A partnership gives Knutsford Tri Club members access to Monday running, but they must still register and book; it does not make the two clubs a single organisation.
