About Kent AC
Despite its name, Kent AC is based in London, England. Established in 1898, the club trains at Ladywell Arena in Lewisham and draws together adult and junior athletes for running and athletics.
Members compete in road races, cross-country and track events at local, regional and national level. The club describes a broad range of abilities, from people returning to exercise to athletes competing internationally, with training groups intended to support different ambitions.
Most sessions take place at or around Ladywell Arena. Prospective members are invited to explore Tuesday or Thursday evening sessions and should consult the club’s joining information to find an appropriate group. Its website also provides separate information for juniors, masters, coaches and volunteers.
