About JBR Run and Tri Club
JBR Run and Tri Club is based around Rochford in Essex, England. It grew from group coaching established by Jon Brown after his transition from rugby into endurance sport. The club supports people training for running races and triathlons as well as those taking part for general fitness.
Pool training uses Clements Hall Leisure Centre in Hawkwell, with seasonal open-water sessions. Cycling includes winter indoor work and summer road sessions around Rochford, Wakering and Canewdon. Running combines track sessions at Garons Leisure Centre with outings on varied terrain.
Newcomers can contact the club about trying a session. The published programme uses several venues, and weekly announcements confirm changing starts. Membership eligibility should be checked directly: the website uses broad age-inclusive language while the governing-body directory lists adult membership.
