About Ivanhoe Runners
Ivanhoe Runners is a running club in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, England, established in 1985. It welcomes runners aged sixteen and over, with road running, cross-country and social outings at the centre of club life. It has close links with the separate Ivanhoe Robins junior athletics club.
Wednesday evening training usually meets at Hood Park Leisure Centre, although summer routes and meeting places vary. The club asks newcomers to consult its weekly information or contact the committee before joining a run. Social events and group parkrun visits provide opportunities to meet members away from structured sessions.
The club organises the Ashby 20 road race, a longstanding part of its identity. Its website brings together training announcements, membership information and race activity, while the committee accepts enquiries through a public email address or contact form.
