About Human Energy AC
Human Energy AC is based in Weedon Bec, Northamptonshire, England, and also attracts runners from Daventry and nearby villages. It is a small, sociable club affiliated to England Athletics, with groups running at different paces so members can choose an appropriate level of effort.
Tuesday evening is the main club night. The published arrangements use Daventry and Kislingbury in winter, and Kislingbury and Weedon in summer, with additional weekday and weekend runs arranged around members' training plans. Track evenings offer work on running technique and skills alongside the ordinary group runs.
Prospective members are invited to contact the club for an informal conversation and a trial run. The club also organises the Weedon 10K as part of the East Midlands Grand Prix. Its retrieved race page describes the 2024 event, so that page should not be read as a current race booking notice or as proof that every weekly run starts at Weedon Village Hall.
