Hi Elbow Triathlon Club is associated with County Antrim in Northern Ireland. Its current public website presents swimming, cycling and running as its three activities and provides an enquiry form for people wanting to contact the club. It does not publish enough detail to establish a current training timetable or exact clubhouse address.

A club-contributed report published by Triathlon Ireland in July 2016 records Hi Elbow organising Brown’s Bay Beast on Islandmagee. The coastal event combined a sea swim, a demanding cycle around the peninsula and a run, supported by marshals, local organisations and the borough council. The account shows the club’s role as an event organiser as well as a training community.

That race report is a historical milestone, not confirmation that the event continues in the same format today. Anyone interested in joining should ask the club about current session locations, experience requirements and membership arrangements. Race participants named in the old report are not automatically Hi Elbow members, and no such association is inferred here.
