About Hart Road Runners
Hart Road Runners serves Fleet and Church Crookham in Hampshire, England. It began as Fleet Run for Fun Club, created around the first Fleet Half Marathon, and has grown into a club whose members run on roads, trails and cross-country courses. The club’s history does not give a sufficiently clear calendar year to assign an exact founding date.
Weekly activity includes track work, coached sessions and social runs. Hart Leisure Centre on Emerald Avenue is a regular meeting point, though track sessions and other outings can start elsewhere. The club also organises the Hart 4 trail relay, giving members a role in a local team-running event as well as their own training.
Membership is for adults, and prospective runners can try sessions before joining. Different outings have different expectations: the published guidance distinguishes shorter Saturday running from longer weekday groups, so newcomers should ask which session suits their current fitness. Qualified coaches can help members work towards goals, while the calendar supplies the meeting details needed for each run.
