Halesowen Athletic and Cycling Club’s athletics section is based at Manor Abbey Stadium in Halesowen, West Midlands, England. Its programme includes sprints, distance running, jumps and throws, with road relays and cross-country adding team competition away from the stadium.
Children aged eight to twelve can start through the Saturday Club, while older juniors join coaching groups subject to available places. Adult options range from Couch to 5K courses and regular group runs to track and field training. The Thursday Strollers Club offers gentler exercise and company, finishing with refreshments. Social events, trips and presentation evenings make use of the wider clubhouse community.
Adults can apply throughout the year and try sessions free for up to four weeks. Junior intake is normally considered in January, April and September, with capacity checked before a place is offered. The club uses Spond invitations to organise attendance after registration. Newcomers should follow the appropriate membership route rather than arriving unannounced at a junior coaching session.
