About Great Yarmouth Road Runners

Great Yarmouth Road Runners combines regular training with a broad social and community programme. Members can take part in coached running, a walking group and club outings, while newcomers can arrange a trial and meet a buddy at their first session.

The club won England Athletics’ East Region Club of the Year award in 2023, recognising work including charity fundraising, foodbank collections and support for new runners. Its own races help sustain those activities. Training locations change with the season, including Cliff Park Ormiston Academy and the Marina Centre, so prospective members should confirm arrangements with the membership secretary before attending.
