About GOG Triathlon Club
GOG Triathlon Club grew out of a meeting at the Rhos Fynach pub in Rhos-on-Sea at the end of 2014. A dozen people discussed how to support one another in triathlon, and the club was established in 2015. Interest spread quickly across North Wales, with more than 150 people joining during its first year.
The club describes its base as Llandudno and welcomes both complete beginners and experienced competitors. Members can work on all three disciplines or concentrate on swimming, cycling or running. British Triathlon-trained coaches lead sessions, and prospective members can try running or swimming before committing. The current timetable and club social channels give the details for each venue.
