Girls That Jeff

About Girls That Jeff

Girls That Jeff is a women’s run-walk club with members around the world. Its name reflects the practice of alternating running and walking, often known as Jeffing. The club operates as a volunteer-run, not-for-profit community interest company, with an online community connecting members who may live far apart.

Regional groups, particularly across the UK, help turn that online connection into local meet-ups. Members share training experiences, arrange race gatherings and support one another through cheer crews and club communications. Participation is not tied to a single track, town or weekly meeting place.

Joining options distinguish UK and international members, and the club offers a second-claim route for runners already attached to another club. England Athletics affiliation is available through the eligible UK membership option; it should not be assumed to accompany every overseas membership. The public contact email is the starting point for questions about joining or finding a suitable regional group.
