About Fulham Running Club

Fulham Running Club was founded in 2004 in west London, England. Run by volunteers, the group is known as the Bandits and combines free social running with an optional England Athletics membership for additional coaching and competition benefits.

The weekly programme includes Tuesday intervals, Thursday club runs and longer Sunday outings. During winter, the fixed Tuesday and Thursday sessions meet at the Johnny Haynes statue outside Craven Cottage. Members also gather at Fulham Palace parkrun, and the club's Facebook group carries route updates, races and cross-country information.

The club is for adults aged 18 and over, including when a younger runner would be accompanied. Regular social runs do not require formal registration: newcomers can introduce themselves to the session host. Shorter runs and intervals provide alternatives to the longer outings. The club advises arriving ready to run because most sessions have no secure bag storage; current meeting details should be checked before each visit.
